Kisatchie-Delta Regional Planning & Development District is a Federally-chartered economic development district, a Legislatively enacted planning and development district/public commission of the State of Louisiana, and recognized by the IRS as a 501 (c) 4 non-profit corporation. As a quasi-public entity, we welcome opportunities to establish public-private partnerships, in practice and by agreement, in addition to agreements serving our government-to-government relationships.
